The Age of Change

Change is inevitable in human lives and understanding the age of change is quintessential as a modern world dweller. While it may be overwhelming, let's take one step at a time.

Navigating this world during harsh times can build quite a lot of uncertainty in us. In this ever-changing bold world, we have the chance to be alive, present and be part of conversations that need to be said, create things that need to exist and do things that need to be done. You and I have the chance to achieve all that we can and maintain a moral compass by giving back to where we came from. Being able to capture the zeitgeist in everything we do is something incredible, and that is what we’ll try to encapture over here.

In the past decade or two we have seen the world changing exponentially. From walkmans to self-driving cars, the notion of creation did not halt, neither did the world stop evolving after a point. My point being that change is inevitable, it is all around us, it is even visible in ourselves. Progressing from a premature state to a much evolved space is essentially what makes us humans and hence the world we see today. But in this change, our nature too has changed drastically, close to depleting itself under the pressure for rapid change. While it is easy for most beings to adjust to some degree of change, we are ignoring millennia of evolution behind in our unprecedented move.

In the coming months, I plan to share my experience and stories as a Global Leader in banking and finance. Through my varied experiences across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry, Off-shoring and Business Transformation. It is an exciting and invigorating phase for new businesses, to start off like a bud in the initial period, to grow and to finally spread your wings and take off.
